2. The present application has been filed seeking a direction for the expeditious trial of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 524 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017, G.R. No. 2229 of 2017, which is pending before the J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria, and for the amalgamation of subsequent developments and findings by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48911 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 various authorities that have emerged over the years, which unequivocally demonstrate the fraudulent and illegal activities conducted by the O.P.No. 2 to 9.

3. The petitioner is the interested party and the grandson of the informant. He is prosecuting the Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 524 of 2017, which is going on at a snail pace.

4. The Magistrate and the office are not taking action for the appearance of the accused. The Magistrate is directed to proceed in the matter and conclude the case within one year from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

5. If the trial is delayed by the accused persons or the Magistrate does not take interest in the case, the petitioner may file an application for modification of this order.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Khagaria for its compliance through FAX and email forthwith.

7. The application stands disposed of.
