The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014, registered under Sections 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)a, 26,35 and 37 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 09.06.2014. However, it is submitted that except this case, seven cases are pending against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandip Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. Further condition that petitioner will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year.
