The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2020 registered under Sections 366(a) and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a widow lady. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that Annexure-4, certificate of marriage, shows that the daughter of the informant has already performed marriage with son of the petitioner and they are living together as husband and wife since the time of their marriage.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.514 of 2021(2) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
