Taking into consideration the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. that she married on her own volition and is living with the petitioner no. 3 and other petitioners, who are also accused, are relative of petitioner no. 3, bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioners, above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000 /- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagha (Bhairoganj) P. S. Case No. 595 of 2013.
