2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner is ready to file detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued by this Court directing District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to decide the representation of the petitioner within a fixed

Patna High Court CWJC No.5483 of 2016(6) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

5. Taking into account the formal nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali within one month from today. If such representation is filed, the District Magistrate, Vaishali shall decide the said representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.

7. The pending I.A., if any, shall automatically accordingly disposed of.
