2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"That, this is an application being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus for direction and commanding the Respondent of appoint the petitioner as a Teacher in Madarsa Atul flah Goa Pokha Bhawara Dist- Madhubani, on the basis of compassionate ground and further for any relief or reliefs when the petitioner is entitled in fact and circumstances of

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 15.01.2019 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 19596 of 2018.

4. I have perused the order dated 15.01.2019 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 19596 of 2018. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Chairman of Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna, who is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation expeditiously, in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
