JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus for direction to the respondents for considering the application dated 15.02.2021 filed before the Respondent-Collector for illegal construction in Khata No. 138, Khesra No.847.

(ii) For further issuance of direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11858 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 respondents for restraining illegal construction in the Kesarhind Nala bearing Khata No. 138, Khesra No.847, which is beside the main road Dhaka to Ghorasahan."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dhaka, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
