2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) For a direction upon the Chief General Manager Technical Bihar State Road

Patna High Court CWJC No.6537 of 2015(4) dt.14-07-2025 2/3 Development Corporation Limited Patna to not to acquire and demolish the residential houses of the petitioners for the construction of By-Pass at Village Chatta, Siswan District Siwan upon the State Highway No. 89 and respond immediately to the Letter no. 5 dated 07-01-2015 written by the District Magistrate, Siwan whereby it has been communicated that there would be no requirement of acquisition of the houses of the petitioner if the encroachment made upon the road near, Chatta Masjid is removed.

(ii) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner may be deemed entitled too.

3. A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no.6 to 8 is on record and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to Annexure D to show that these petitioners failed to provide any document to support their contention.

4. This counter affidavit has been filed in the year 2015 after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners and there is no reply on record.

5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.6537 of 2015(4) dt.14-07-2025 3/3 no. 7, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Siwan in next four weeks.

6. If the petitioner approaches in the aforesaid period, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Siwan after putting the parties on notice and hearing them, shall be taking a decision preferably by 31st of December, 2025.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
