The petitioner seeks bail in Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report. The specific allegation of making demand of dowry is against husband of the deceased namely, Amarjit Singh. He further submits that dead body of deceased was found hanged on tree in a secluded place, for which, aunt (Phua) of deceased (Amarjeet Kumar) lodged Parasi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44323 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code against the informant and his other family members.
Petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S.
