JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.461 of 2014 registered under sections 467, 468, 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that while the petitioner was trying to sell Adhesive stamp of Rs.20/- at Gaya Bar Association, he was caught with 180 Adhesive stamps of Rs.20/- which is alleged to be forged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no report to show that the said adhesive stamps were forged. Further more, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.8.2014.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Jitendra Prasad is directed to be released on bail in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47541 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.461 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
