That the present is application filed for issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing of letter no. 25 dated 27.5.2023, issued by the Mukhiya Gram Panchayat Bela Bira wherein petitioner has been stopped to execute the work of Swacchata Supervisor in view of letter no. 746 dated 4.5.2023, issued by Block Development Officer, Makhdumpur."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Deputy Development Commissioner-cumDeputy Chairman District Water and Cleanliness Committee, Jehanabad, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, to take a decision with regard to the continuation of the services of the petitioner. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that the final decision shall be taken by the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Deputy Chairman District Water and Cleanliness Committee, Jehanabad, within a period of four weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
