State.

Petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. He is named in the First Information Report, is said to have shot at the injured causing injury on his vital part. He is in jail custody with effect from 01.09.2014. In the circumstances, at this stage I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. His prayer for bail may be considered by the court below itself after he completes one year in jail custody.
