3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1570 of 2022 registered under section 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code passed by learned Court of A.C.J.M. XIV, Patna Sadar, District Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against the unknown. The petitioner's name has come during investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Patna Sadar, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1570 of 2022.
