The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case vide C.R. No. 184 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 324, 323, 379, 498(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
