JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 This writ petition was filed with a direction to the respondents to revise result of the petitioner after adding marks of section-II (a) of the question booklet of BETET examination 2013.
Petitioner appeared in the examination on 1.10.2010. In the second paper question no. 31 to 90 was in dispute and as such the petitioner approached the respondent for necessary rectification of her result.
On behalf of the respondent, stand has been taken in the counter affidavit that the petitioner has violated the specific instruction issued at the time of conducting the examination including the OMR sheet. The respondents have contended that petitioner has not darkened the OMR sheet and as such there was no question of evaluation.

We are in 2018 and if the petitioner has not followed the instruction for examination then petitioner cannot be helped in the instant case. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the Court does not feel inclined to interfere with present writ application.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
