JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case only on suspicion due to previous enmity. There is delay in lodging the present first information, but there is no explanation. During investigation none of the witnesses have stated about complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
