In view of the judgment reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with the liberty to move before the appropriate forum within a period of four weeks' and if the petitioner has moved before the appropriate forum within the aforesaid period, the Registrar Co-operative is directed to dispose of the petition of the petitioner within a period of six months and he may also consider the limitation that the matter
