Informant, Shankar Singh along with his wife Rajkumar Devi while proceeding to bus stand at about 3:10 a.m. and reached near the house of Sonu Sah, they saw Dinesh Manjhi, Makhana, Guddu and Malti Devi, who assaulted him with fists and slaps as well as rod and then thereafter, all of them snatched away ring, wrist watch, mobile and bag along with cash appertaining to Rs. 5000/-.
From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that police swung into action and conducted raid at the house of Malti Devi and recovered the goods along with other items for which a separate case has been instituted against them. With regard to the status of petitioner, it is apparent
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49196 of 2014 (3) dt.27-03-2015 that nothing had been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Furthermore, he is under custody since 16.06.2014. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Makhana @ Makhan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.184/2014.
