Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)/26(2) of the Arms Act.

From the house of this petitioner, a rifle was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2019.

Submission is that the house is occupied by other family members also. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43251 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhore Police Station Case No. 51 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
