====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. As per prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner are alleged to have brutally assaulted the husband of informant and snatched Rs. 8000/- from his pocket. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. There is case and counter case and the case filed by the petitioners is earlier in point of time. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Hathauri P.
