2. Learned counsel for the University submitted that the sole petitioner is dead and further, that earlier the petitioner had filed C.W.J.C. No. 6152 of 2013 for the same relief, which is pending.

3. The fact is not denied. Clearly it was improper on the part of the petitioner to file the present writ petition. However, now that he is dead, the Court would not comment on his conduct, but it is appropriate that the writ petition be dismissed and accordingly it is so done.
