The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kartaha P. S. Case No. 68 of 2016 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that accused persons came to the shop of the informant and forcibly took her out from the shop and the allegation against the petitioner is that he outraged her modesty pulling her petticoat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated as Rs. 29,000/- was given by the wife of one of the accused persons who runs a self help group in the local village, when money was demanded, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38981 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 false allegation levelled and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and this case was lodged after lapse of two days without giving any explanation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Diplal Ram @ Dipal Ram, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartaha P.S.Case No. 68 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
