In view of the fact that the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna has invited objection for consideration of the case of eligible candidates for filling up 2413 vacancy, out of 34540. No further indulgence is required.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed objection.
In case, the petitioners have filed objection in the matter of select list for filling up of the unfilled vacancy of 2413, out of 34540, the Commission will consider the case of the petitioners objectively.
With the aforesaid, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
