Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57647 of 2021(3) dt.06-09-2022 2/3 learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 575 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and both the parties have sustained injuries. He has submitted further that on similar footing o-accused Mukesh Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc. No. 57235 of 2021.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners of both the cases above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 575 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided
