JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is in custody since 4.9.2014 in relation to Pirpainty P.S.Case No. 30 of 2014, instituted under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's daughter, who had gone to school, did not return. The informant came to know that one Niranjan Rai, the son of the petitioner, had kidnapped the informant's daughter to marry her. When he made an enquiry from the petitioner they have supported their son. It is submitted that from the facts, as narrated by the informant, it is a clear case of elopement. The petitioner has nothing to do with it. Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Jaina Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Pirpainty P.S.Case No.
