The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 for offences under Sections 143, 144, 145, 147, 148, 149, 151, 152, 153A, 160, 295, 295A, 297, 298, 395, 341, 323, 504, 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is one of the members of mob of 350-400 persons involved in the commission of the aforesaid crime. For the same occurrence the petitioner has been named in different cases of Rajepur Police Station. The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016.

Case No. 75 to 87 of 2016 were registered against a large number of persons including the petitioner Considering the fact that for the same occurrence, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,Sadar East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
