The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.70 of 2022 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 354, 504, 506 of the IPC. As per the allegation made by the informant, Anita Kumari, the petitioner with other accused persons attacked and assaulted the entire family members and also tried to outrage her modesty. The further allegation is of snatching the gold ornaments and further some of the injured persons are in critical condition.

Considering the level of allegation that has been alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him any relief and the petition stands rejected. The Sub-ordinate court in case of his surrender within
