For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Pravin Kumar, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. H.A.Khan(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard.

This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner, whose prayer was earlier refused on 24th September 2012 in Cr. Misc. No. 21279 of 2012.

Perused the report received from the trial court through letter no. 75 dated 20th December 2014 anticipating its conclusion within a period of eight months. However, as submitted, it appears a bit excessive. In view of the above, I find no reason to change the view already taken vide order aforementioned. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the abovenamed petitioner, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 654 of 2012 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.248 of 2010 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, V, Barh, Patna, is hereby refused.

Simultaneously, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months from the date of communication of the order. (Akhilesh Chandra, J) Ashwini/- U T
