2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. There is delay of three days in lodging the F.I.R. and there is no plausible explanation for such delay. The petitioners have clean

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering their period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S.
