The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act in which he is in custody since 30.07.2014.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation that the recovery was made from him. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no recovery from his conscious possession and as such, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of bail.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the period of custody and the fact that the petitioner has a

No.47296 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014.
