The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is physically present in the Court in pursuance of order dated 09.01.2019 and has produced his report dated 19.02.2019, informing the Court that the victim girl has already been recovered, when she was found in company of co-accused, Baskit Rai.

The concern of the Court was only about the whereabout of the victim girl. The petitioners are relations of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61185 of 2018(6) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 Baskit Rai. They have got no criminal antecedents. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanhauli Police Station Case No.64 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.

The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is also, hereby, dispensed with. (Birendra Kumar, J) abhishek/- U T
