Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named persons including these petitioners and 100 unknown persons armed with deadly weapons attacked the Police party and got released the notorious criminals Raja Yadav and Robin Yadav from police custody.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47065 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus and there is no specific overt act against them. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Gwalpara P. S. Case No. 27 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
