2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused are accused of a cyber fraud causing loss of Rs. 74,999/- to the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to make good the loss sustained by the informant without accepting his guilt. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a demand draft of Rs. 75,000/- in the name of informant (Pankaj Kumar) which has been handed over to Shri Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP. Petitioner is in jail

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that informant namely Pankaj Kumar or his authorized representative will collect the demand draft from him.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Rohtas (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Nemdarganj Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month.

Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
