The petitioner who is the husband of the deceased has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with a case registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 4.1.2021 (Annexure-1). Coaccused Bijendra Singh, Sapna Kumari and Khushboo Kumari have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 8.4.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. no.17169 of 2021 while coaccused Renu Devi has been enlarged on regular bail vide order dated 9.11.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. no.29405 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 14.5.2020 and there is no chance of the trial concluding in the near future.

No.56564 of 2021(3) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 The application bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State who submits that not only the petitioner is the husband of the deceased but several injuries said to have been caused by hard and blunt object were found on the body of the deceased in the postmortem report.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
