Upon perusal of the record, it transpires to this Court that the representation of the petitioner has been filed before The General Manager cum Chief Engineer, Transmission Zone, Patna (respondent no.4). Counsel for the petitioner has also annexed some orders of similarly situated persons which has been passed by this Hon'ble Court (annexed as Annexure-11 and Annexure-11/A of the main writ petition).

It transpires to this Court that in light of the observations made in those writ petitions, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to file appropriate petition before The General Manager cum Chief Engineer, Transmission Zone, Patna (respondent no.4) within a period of two weeks' from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and a reasoned and speaking order shall be passed thereon within a period of six weeks' thereafter. In case, any outstanding dues are found payable, then the same shall be paid to the petitioner within the same time frame.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with aforesaid terms.
