Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Only for criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner has been booked in the case.

Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1198 of 2021(2) dt.12-03-2021 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Katra Police Station Case No.241 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
