Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the informant and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with C.A. Case No. 441 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 467, 468 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

No.57584 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/3 The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner after hatching a conspiracy with other co-accused persons and personating herself as Rambha Devi has executed sale deed of the land of the complainant after affixing her photographs as well as put her signatures and finger prints as seller of the land over the sale deed.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There was sale and purchase of land in question. The petitioner is a lady. The matter relates to civil dispute.

On behalf of the State and the informant, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Purnea, in connection with C.A. Case No.
