2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 26.11.2012 passed by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna in Revision Case No.101 of 2010 whereby he has dismissed the revision application filed against

Patna High Court CWJC No.16916 of 2013 dt.13-11-2017 the order dated 09.06.2010/10/06.2010 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Patna Division, Patna.

3. The parties are in agreement that the revisional order passed by the Registrar, Bihar Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna is a cryptic and non-reasoned order. Neither the case of the parties nor the ground on which the revision petition was filed nor the reason for dismissing the revision petition has been given in the impugned order dated 26.11.2012.

4. In that view of the matter, the impugned order cannot be sustained. It is set aside, accordingly.

5. The matter is remanded back to the Registrar, Bihar Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna to hear the revision application afresh and pass a reasoned order as early as possible after giving notice to the parties concerned.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
