The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 376 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioners that they ravished the informant of the case, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
