2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing two persons. His name has surfaced during investigation in the selfinculpatory statement of a co-accused. He is accused in 11 more serious cases. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2024.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that two persons have been killed in a broad daylight in the town of Hajipur, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
