2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26,27 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2024.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have caused fire-arm injuries on the palm of the informant's brother, consequent upon which, the victim was sent to a Hospital in Varanasi for better treatment.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

It is further stated that harmonious relation has developed between the parties and a joint compromise petition has been filed to this effect, vide Anneuxre-2.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
