Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Vijay Kumar Mandal be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kumar-II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Tikapatti P.S.Case No. 87/14.
