For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for direction to the respondents authorities for removal of the encroachment from the public land bearing Revisional Survey Khata No.
568, Revisional Survey Kheshara No.
2931 Area 1 (one) decimal situated in Mauja-Narayanpur, Thana No. 325,
Patna High Court CWJC No.11101 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 Revenue Circle-Agiaon, Block- Agiaon, District-Bhojpur which was encroached by the private respondents/ antisocial element of the society and the nature of the land is Gairmajrua Aam Land and Encroachment Case No. 02 of 2023-24 was initiated and issued notice under section 3 notice Prapatra 1 and section 6(2) notice Prapatra 2 thereafter and the encroachment case is pending before the Circle OfficerAgiaon without final adjudication after measurement of the land in accordance with law in the interest of justice."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
