A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the Bihar State Agro Industries Limited in which they have made payments to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 11, 95000/- on 09.01.2018. However, Mr. S.D. Sanjay, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no interest has

The order however, does not indicate payment of any interest.
Considering now that the admitted dues has been paid, the present M.J.C. application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if there is another plea, the same may be challenged in an appropriate proceeding.
