31-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Two live cartridges and cash of Rs. 1200/- (twelve hundred) have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
