2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 154/2023 registered under section 8©, 21 (b), 25 and 29 of the Narcotics Drug and Psychotrophic Substance Act, 1985.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 9.94 grams of brown sugar from the petitioner and a motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47807 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
