2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ujiarpur PS Case No. 301/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner along with other coaccused induced the informant to invest money in H.C.F. Company and as such, on the promise of high returns, informant & other two persons invested total Rs. 19,88,761/- in the said finance company, but the money was neither deposited nor repaid to victims and thus, accused persons misappropriate the aforesaid money. This petitioner also received part of payment in his bank account and has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
