The present petition is for quashing of the order dated 29.8.2014 passed in Bihta P.S. Case No. 242 of 2013 by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna under sections 341, 323, 427, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned APP representing the State submits that a bare perusal would show that cognizance has been taken under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code also.
Since no one has appeared, the petition is dismissed
