2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Three persons are said to have hired a tempo and thereafter two persons came on a motorcycle and they have looted the passengers and took away their mobile and Rs. 6,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is accused in two more cases.
5. The petitioner has confessed his crime. He is in custody since 05.05.2025.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
