2. The writ petition has been filed for quashing of order
Patna High Court CWJC No.24460 of 2013 dt.27-06-2018 dated 3.1.2013 contained in Memo no. 604, issued by the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, West Champaran at Bettiah, whereby petitioners' selection for ANM (R) has been cancelled for the reason that the registration certificate which they had submitted in support of their qualification for their selection, have been reported to be forged by the Paricharika Sangh.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier the same was verified from the Paricharika Sangh and report dated 29.6.2010 (Annexure 3) had been submitted by the Registrar, Bihar Nursing Registration Council, Patna (herein after referred to as the Council), to the extent that the registration certificate issued by the petitioners were genuine.
4. Counter affidavit has been filed. It has been stated that the report dated 29.6.2010 (Annexure 3) has not been issued by the office of the Registrar of the Council. Specific stand has been taken to this effect in the subsequent report of the Registrar of the Counsel dated 27.7.2014. Further, the Registrar of the Council has also specifically reported to the extent that the registration certificates issued to the petitioners were forged inasmuch as the same had not been issued by the Office of the Council. The report to this extent has been placed on record by Annexure 3 series to the counter affidavit.

In light of the aforesaid stand taken with reference to the documents, it is clear that the registration certificates on which the petitioners have obtained their selection were forged and fabricated. The said assertion is an admitted position as the same has not been denied by the petitioners, as no re-joinder has been filed on their behalf.
6. In view of the above, the writ petition is devoid of merit and is dismissed.
